1. On the Chart Summary of the patient for whom you want to add a photo, click the "Profile" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. In the "picture" section, click the "Add/Edit" button.
3. Click "Browse" to locate your photo. (Use the "Network" section on the left-hand side to navigate to the local drives of your client computer. If you do not see your computer, please contact MedAffinity Support.) When you have found your photo, select it and click "open."
4. After opening the photo, press the "update" icon in the top-left corner of the screen. (It is the icon located between the yellow "down" arrow and the red "cancel" icon.) If you wish to confirm that the photo has been added, close and open the Chart Summary.
