MedAffinity EHR for Education runs on a Windows server and is streamed to you in real time via Remote Desktop Protocol--a streaming delivery mechanism--which requires an HTML5-compatible browser. The Medcloud web portal supports recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Internet Explorer 11.
If you do not have a compatible web browser, MedAffinity recommends Google Chrome, which can be downloaded for free here.
The Medcloud web portal is designed to provide easy, zero-setup access to student users on their personal devices (who overwhelmingly run a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Edge). However, MedAffinity also understands that some clients are not in a position to run a current-generation web browser on all of the devices (particularly centrally managed devices) on which they wish to access MedAffinity software. If you cannot or do not wish to install an HTML5-compatible browser on your device, please use one of the other options available here.
